The second card tells us that in November 1946 Marja Walewska, 5 years old, is stayingat Bleidorn, Ulm, Germany. (From other sources we know that in Bleidorn there was a religious institution for children who had survived the Holocaust in Poland and were on their way to Israel)

QUESTIONS: Was Miriam born in Ghetto Krakow on Dec 1st 1941? If she was in Ghetto Krakow till March 1943 - who brought her out and to where? Where did she stay from March 1943 and till the end of the war? Could her parents' names be Hirsch and Luba? Could Maria Walewska be a made up name for this little girl? After all, there had been another Maria Walewska in history - the great love of Napoleon.
